The 74-year-old actor was spotted with Bauguess, who was showing off a rather large sparkler diamond, leading to speculation as to whether or not the couple is engaged or even married.
While Woods didn’t confirm nor deny any engagement rumors, he did share a snap of the couple on Instagram, while revealing they had dinner at Dan Tana’s.

The actor completed his look with light blue jeans and brown Coach loafers as he headed to dinner.

Bauguess was spotted wearing a white and light blue striped shirt with a silver necklace dangling from her neck.
She also wore oversized marroon sunglasses and tight-fitting blue jeans with black pumps while heading to dinner.
