The couple made their way out of a restaurant after a low-key dinner date on Monday night (April 11) in West Hollywood, Calif.

For their night out, Chelsea, 47, sported a green jumpsuit, brown jacket, and gray sneakers while Jo, 50, wore a denim jacket paired with jeans and a black beanie.
